About Sarah
Hi there! I’m Sarah
I live in Northumberland in the UK with my husband John, two girls Ellen and Emilie and our two cats, Geri and Amber. I am also neurodivergent and proud to be so.
Being neurodivergent has given me a unique perspective and a knack for organisation. I love creating systems and templates that make work efficient and straightforward. My attention to detail ensures accuracy and precision in every task I undertake.
With over 18 years of experience as a mental health nurse and the last 2 years as a research nurse in the NHS, I’ve always been passionate about helping people. My journey into virtual assistance began with a desire to simplify and streamline business processes for small businesses like yours.
I excel in building strong relationships with clients, listening carefully to understand your needs, and communicating effectively. My background in research enables me to provide informed decision-making support, while my organisational skills keep tasks and projects on track. I thrive on solving problems creatively and efficiently.
Outside of work, I enjoy crocheting, knitting, reading (fiction and non-fiction), and learning new skills like website development and AI tools. I also volunteer with my university supervisor to publish research specifically about diet and mental health. These interests and experiences enhance my approach to virtual assistance, making me a well-rounded and dedicated professional.
I value reliability, efficiency, and a client-centred approach. My goal is to make your business processes smoother and more efficient. Let’s work together to achieve your business goals and take your productivity to new heights.
